It’s the Third Sunday of Easter and almost noontime as I begin this post.

On the National Day Calendar there’s a good number of celebrations today.

Let’s start with a U.S. state:

The bad news about this state is that their governor has been resistant to social distancing orders.

The good news is that I recently completed this puzzle showcasing The Black Hills of S.D.

Also on the National Calendar are two home animal celebrations – Kids and Pets as well as Pet Parents Day.

If you have a pet bird you can do a double celebration as it’s also:

It was on this day in 1785 that John James Audubon was born. And it’s the national society named in his honor which gives you great ways to celebrate our avian neighbors today.
